PITTSBURGH, PA — Burns Scalo Real Estate Advisory Services announced today that Senior Brokerage Advisor Kelley Hoover Heckathorne had represented 35 Market Street, LP, in the sale of the former Noah’s Event Venue at 2000 Town Center Blvd, Southpointe, PA.
Kansas City-based Abbott Properties purchased the luxury event venue for $2.4 million. The 9,500 SF property will continue to operate as an event venue run by the new ownership group, which is a positive boost for Southpointe, which continues to add amenities to its suburban business park.
“While Southpointe continues providing amenities for companies to recruit and retain employees, this new event center is perfect for weddings and personal events, corporate training, and banquets. With three hotels and many bars/restaurants across the street, it’s convenient for all,” stated the selling broker BSRE Senior Brokerage Advisor Kelley Hoover Heckathorne.
