GREENTREE, PA — Burns Scalo Real Estate Advisory Services (BSRE) announced today the signing of a new lease with Lighthouse Electric for 37,000 square feet at Zenith Ridge III in Southpointe. The office lease is the latest in a recent series of activities for BSRE, which continues to expand its real estate advisory services outside of its own portfolio. The deal is also one of the top-ten largest office deals made in Pittsburgh in 2022, and the largest in Southpointe, Pittsburgh’s largest suburban business park.
Lighthouse Electric is a Pittsburgh-based, family-owned, and operated electrical contracting firm that has grown to be one of the region’s largest and most well-respected electrical contractors. The firm continues to push the boundaries of electrical and technology design & construction and is responsible for some of the most technically challenging projects in the Eastern United States.
