John has 30+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry across major markets such as Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and New York City. John has overseen the representation of landlords, tenants and users of commercial space for renewals, expansions, market/site selection and purchases. He combines a unique understanding of transaction management, lease negotiation and a hands-on appreciation of start-up businesses utilizing private equity funds for growth. Along with extensive construction, design management and real estate investment consultation, John has demonstrated assistance and process improvement to tenants and owners contemplating tactical real estate decisions.
