Adam has honed his skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis during his eight years at NAI Burns Scalo. He possesses a deep understanding of real estate investment dynamics, property management, and development finance, allowing him to provide invaluable insights and guidance to leadership.

As Controller, Adam is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. He ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data, enabling informed decision-making and facilitating the firm’s growth and profitability. Adam also collaborates closely with stakeholders across the organization, offering strategic financial guidance and supporting key initiatives to maximize returns and mitigate risks.

In his spare time, Adam coaches baseball at nearby Montour High School, where he was on the staff that led the Spartans to the 2022 PIAA State Championship. He resides in Robinson Township with his wife, Emily.
