PITTSBURGH, PA — Burns Scalo Real Estate (BSRE) announced today that it signed a long-term lease for approximately 20,000 square feet at The Vision on 15th with Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI), a global manufacturer of specialty materials. ATI will arrive at The Vision in Summer 2022 after its buildout is complete.
The Vision on 15th is the largest and most exciting mixed-use project in Pittsburgh’s hottest submarket — uniquely positioned at the front door of the Strip District with expansive views of the city and the Allegheny River, a progressive workplace design, and a dynamic neighborhood context.
