Full Time Assistant Project Manager- Development

The Assistant Project Manager’s role is to assist with the planning, organization, and management of the day to day operations, as well as any other responsibilities that the Project Manager sees fit. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains adherence to Company’s standards of safety
  • Prioritizes paperwork and submittal process
  • Maintains material delivery status
  • Manages construction schedule
  • Issues Subcontracts
  • Sets up the initial paperwork flow
  • Records and distributes meeting minutes
  • Manages all project files
  • Assists the superintendent in quality control
  • Works with the superintendent in the formulation of the project plan
  • Maintains communication with subcontractors

Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in commercial general contracting
  • Project lead experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Microsoft Project scheduling experience is a plus
  • SAGE 300 experience a plus
