SOUTH FAYETTE, PA — Burns Scalo Real Estate is proud to announce that it has signed a lease with Pittsburgh’s premier milkshake and chocolate destination Milkshake Factory, at The Piazza in South Fayette, Burns Scalo’s restaurant and entertainment destination in “Boomtown.”
Using farm-fresh dairy sourced from local farms, the Milkshake Factory has been serving up handspun shakes, craft sundaes, and gourmet chocolates around Pittsburgh since 2003, while its legacy of chocolatiers dates to 1914.
The new South Fayette location will be Milkshake Factory’s eleventh location in the Pittsburgh region and its second location in the South Hills, bridging the geography between its McMurray and Moon Twp stores.

Milkshake Factory is anticipated to open its doors in early 2023.
