Burns Scalo Awarded Leasing Assignment of Foster Plaza Nine

PITTSBURGH, PA – Burns Scalo Real Estate (BSRE), Pittsburgh’s leading privately owned commercial real estate firm, today announced it has received the leasing assignment of Foster Plaza Nine on behalf of SF Partners.

BSRE Brokerage Advisor Victor Konno and Senior Brokerage Advisor John Eliopoulos are leasing the space on behalf of ownership. BSRE will also retain the Property Management responsibilities.

The property, located at 750 Holiday Drive, features seven floors totaling over 186,000 square feet with 54,000 square feet of Class A office space available for lease, plus the thoughtfully-designed amenity-rich first-floor Confluence Center.
