Shannon has over five years of experience specializing in office, industrial and class A products within the Burns Scalo Real Estate portfolio. She is currently responsible for 600,000 sf in South Fayette Township, and most recently added 60,000 sf on Industry Drive with her partner Nick Scalo. Together they focus on helping clients with growth and retention through strategic means in the market. Shannon also takes on leadership roles as NAIOP’s 2023 Chair, training new generations of commercial real estate professionals, and facilitating events.
